As of April 1, 2017, the Code Enforcement Division has moved to the City Hall Annex, 520 Main Street. To report code issues relating to "nuisance complaints" such as tall grass or weeds, junk, trash, debris, junk cars please call the Code Enforcement Division at (816) 331-4331.

To report issues or complaints relating to the structural building, please contact the Building Inspection Division at (816) 331-4331.

To report issues or complaints relating to fencing and signage, please contact the Planning Division at (816) 331-4331.

The City of Belton Code Enforcement Division is dedicated to providing a quality service to preserve the image of our neighborhoods by fairly and equally enforcing city codes to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of our community.
