Meetings are open to the public in accordance with the State of Missouri Open Meetings Law. However, a closed or executive session may be held to discuss legal actions, purchase or sale of real estate, or personnel issues. Meetings are posted at City Hall, online, and on channel two the Friday before each meeting.
