REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR 163RD ST & GIVAN AVE DEVELOPMENT
Sealed proposals will be received for the development of 40 acres at 163rd St and Givan Ave at the City of Belton City Hall Annex, 520 Main Street, Belton MO 64012 until 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday, September 20, 2024.
The City of Belton is looking to engage qualified developers to bring forward development proposals for a mixed-use development on 40 acres off of 163rd St and Givan Ave. in the City of Belton.
All proposals must be in accordance with the document provided with this advertisement. A short list will be selected by 9/27/24 and subsequently interviewed.
The City of Belton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals not deemed acceptable. Selection will be primarily based on the qualifications and the development proposal.
