8 a.m.-5 p.m. Same day service is available, if the application is completed by 3 p.m.

WCA provides trash/yard waste/bulky pick up service to residential Belton customers who are eligible for city centralized trash service.*
*The City of Belton does not provide solid waste/yard waste/bulky pick up service for Crown Communities, Lazy Acres, Oakhill, Peaceful Homes, Plaza Acres, Southfork, Springdale Lake, or Tuscany Village neighborhoods.

If you smell gas or suspect a gas leak, outage, or natural gas emergency, leave the area immediately and call Spire or 911.


Fraud Alert
The City of Belton Utility Department will not call and ask for personal information over the phone. If you receive a call from someone saying he/she is from the Utility Department and they are requesting personal information, hang up and notify the Belton Police Department immediately. 816-331-1500 

Dog and Cat Licenses
Licenses are not required in Belton, however, residents are still required to have pets vaccinated against rabies.
