UMKC Urban Planning and Design - Community Meeting

The UMKC Urban Planning and Design Senior Studio has selected a site at N. Scott and Turner Rd. in Belton as their studio project. This site covers approximately 48 acres at the southeast corner of the intersection and includes multiple properties. (outlined in orange on the map below)

The purpose of the studio project is to give students experience with analyzing sites and developing solutions based upon existing conditions and long-term goals. Students will be holding a community meeting to gain experience with public engagement and obtaining and responding to feedback from the community. 

This is a student project and is not an official conceptual plan that will be adopted by the City of Belton.
