Household Hazardous Waste Collection Program
Mobile Collection
The City of Belton, along with numerous other Metro cities, participate in the Regional Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Mobile Collection Program through MARC Solid Waste Management District.
Throughout the year, Belton residents have access to mobile collection sites to drop-off household hazardous waste for proper disposal. There is no charge for this service, but be prepared to show proof of residency. The Belton/Raymore mobile event date is on the Belton City calendar each year, but residents may attend any mobile collection event. For a complete listing of this year's events and what items are accepted, check www.recyclespot.org.

Items must be brought to the collection event; no items will be picked up at the curb. Residential waste only - no business waste accepted.
Permanent Collection Centers
Belton residents have access to these permanent collection sites throughout the year. We always suggest calling ahead to confirm hours of operation and items accepted. There is no charge for Belton residents, but be prepared to show proof of residency.
