Complaint Process

The Belton Police Department is always concerned about providing the best possible service to the citizens of Belton. If you have a concern complaints or compliments, the following procedures are in place for addressing them.

If you wish to make a complaint or compliment, or voice a concern involving an employee of the Belton Police Department, you may;

 

In Person

Step 1.Come to the Belton Police Department and speak with the on duty supervisor.

The supervisor will then take the required information and forward it to the correct authority.

Step 2.Complete the complaint form

Come to the Belton Police Department and pick up a printed complaint form that is located at the records desk. After completing this form you may either drop it back off at the records desk or you may mail it to the Belton Police Department 7001 E 163rd St Belton MO 64012. 

 

 

Call

Step 1.Call the on duty supervisor to setup an appointment.

Step 2.Contact the Chief of Police through his office staff by calling 816-331-5522 ext 214
