Dutch Bros. Coffee Enters the Missouri Market with Belton Location

Last night the Belton Planning Commission approved a final development plan for Dutch Bros. Coffee. The Grants Pass, Oregon based company is the largest, privately held drive-thru coffee chain in the U.S. "We cannot wait to be a part of this community," said Edin Coralic, with Coralic Architecture and Dutch Bros.' project lead.

Belton's Economic Development Director named Professional Economic Dev

Old Town Belton Redevelopment Plan Approved

Through the Old Town Belton Redevelopment Plan, applicants are eligible for 90 percent real property tax abatement for up to 15 years. The initiative consists of four levels of tax abatement available to property owners based on the level of investment and type of improvements made. On completion of the approved rehabilitation, the tax abatement is triggered.
