Important Water Bill Update for Belton Residents

We want to address some billing issues that have recently come to our attention. Due to a clerical error, customers with bill due dates of 10/13 had the trash service charge ($18.79) inadvertently omitted. This charge will be added to your bill for the following month, due on 11/13, resulting in 2 trash service charges on the November bill. Again, this error has only effected customers with a due date of 10/13.

Additionally, a system error resulted in double charges for two yearly payments ($0.72 and $5.28) collected by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. Please note that you are not responsible for these extra charges, and we are actively working to rectify this issue as swiftly as possible.
