Community Spotlight: Training & Technical Center of Cass County

Exciting news coming for all of Cass County! The all-new Training and Technical Center of Cass County, located in the Southview Commerce Center (Building 4, Suite 100, 6107 E 155th Street, Belton, MO.), is anticipated to be operational this fall. The state of the art facility has training classrooms, conference room, private office space and an internet café.

The facility is a result of a years-long collaborative effort by the City of Belton, NorthPoint Development, West Central Missouri Community Action Agency, Belton School District #124 and Metropolitan Community College.

All entities are working together for the purpose of workforce development by breaking down barriers to employment, serving the students, citizens, and employers of Cass County and the surrounding Kansas City metropolitan area by offering trainings and classes to expand skillsets which lead to economic advancement.
