More than 40 employers seek to fill more than 700 jobs at annual event

BELTON, MO—The Belton Chamber of Commerce and Raymore Chamber of Commerce will co-host the third annual Cass County Job Fair & Business Expo from 9-noon on Saturday, April 21. The event will take place at Belton High School, 801 W. North Ave.

More than 40 local employers will be seeking to fill more than 700 open positions in a variety of industries including financial services, health care, retail, warehouse and distribution, manufacturing and IT. Companies represented include Belton Regional Medical Center, Academy Sports + Outdoors, Church & Dwight, Aviation Institute of Maintenance, and Cerner Corp.

The event offers job seekers free career advancement workshops on topics ranging from dressing for success and how to improve your social media profile from the following: West Central Missouri Community Actions Agency, The Full Employment Council, Belton School District, and Mazuma Credit Union.
